Detox Support
Before you embark on doing a cleanse of pathogens for yourself or your child, we HIGHLY recommend these tips listed below. Additionally, some of the blends contain more than one herb. We do this, as many pathogens travel in groups, and are rarely ever a single species.
However, sometimes a combination herbal blend may cause negative reactions if one of the herbs isn’t needed. If your child is having negative reactions, we recommend you cease the supplement and contact your provider for additional customized help.

Tip #1 Move the bowels
Is your child going #2 twice per day? If your child is constipated in any way, doing a pathogen cleanse may cause worse problems. Please consider these options before beginning any protocol:
- Chiropractic care can help regulate the nervous system to help bowel elimination
- Increase water intake for your child and add some minerals in the water for better absorption. We recommend Celtic Sea Salt or Kangan water for optimal hydration.
- Use castor oil packs on the abdomen a couple of times a week to get the lymphatic system moving.
- If your child is not going at all, and hasn’t been for a long time, you might consider doing some warm water enemas to help stimulate muscle contraction.
- Using a squatty potty can also be helpful for proper anatomical emptying.

Tip #2 Support the pathways
Killing pathogens leaves behind something called biotoxins. These are extremely toxic to the body and requires more energy to eliminate out. Additionally, pathogens like parasites will unleash loads of other toxins like heavy metals when they are killed. This is often why the body holds onto the parasites as they are eating up toxins in the body, it’s a protective mechanism. Because of this, it’s important to deal with the toxic load before parasitic cleansing through customized nutritional protocols. Although some remedies do include proper detoxification support nutritionally, also consider these additions to help your child eliminate toxins quickly.
- Castor oil packs
- Sweating. Children are usually active, but if your child has been ill or just not able to move much we recommend getting them into an infrared sauna to sweat, a hot bath or jumping on a rebound trampoline each day.
- Epsom salt baths.
- Warm water/coffee enemas. We recommend coffee enemas only in children that aren’t eliminating or those 10 and up.
- Lymphatic massages or abdomen massages
- Make sure they are drinking plenty of water, and add in trace mineral electrolytes (BEAM minerals) into their water if needed. We prefer using Kangan water for optimal hydration.
- Radiation detox: we recommend remediating all electronic devices/home to help decrease radiation toxicity. EMFpro is our preferred remediation products.

Tip #3 Clean up the Diet
In addition to the herbal remedies, we also recommend sticking to a low inflammatory diet for your child. This will help decrease inflammation load in the body, so it can focus on getting out the pathogens. This includes eliminating gluten and grain products from their diet, processed foods, sugar, and artificial dyes/colors. As best as you can, stick to an organic whole food based diet.
