CRANIOPATHY
What is CRANIOPATHY ?
Craniopathy focuses on the small yet important movements in the skull bones. When distortions occur it directly affects not only blood flow, but also CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) which is vital for the brain and nervous system. This technique reduces stress on the brain, which allows restoration of normal CSF flow. This is beneficial for numerous different conditions as 80% of the nervous system is in your head.
Craniopathy is very different from craniosacral therapy, which is a very basic technique that requires no doctoral degree, and just focuses on balancing fluid. A Certified Craniopath is much more advanced, looking at neurological patterns, having taken dental and airway courses, as well as primarily adjusting the cranium intra-orally. For more information about the cranium, go to CFR technique page.
